Electronics and Communication Engineering

The department of ECE was started in the year 2008 with an intake of 60 students. The intake was increased to 120 students from 2009. The department has established 10 laboratories namely Analog Communication laboratory / Digital communications laboratory, Electronic Devices & Circuits laboratory / Pulse & Digital Circuits laboratory, Integrated Circuits & Applications laboratory, Microprocessor & Micro controller laboratory / Digital signal processing laboratory/ECAD laboratory and Microwave & Optical communications laboratory which are fully equipped with test & measuring equipment and trainers specially designed for lab work. With strength of 75 students for each class, a total of 6 classrooms are provided in the department. The department has dedicated and experienced faculty of 17 teaching staff & 3 non-teaching staff. HOD having 6 years experience encourage all the Staff and students.

ECE Students placed in reputed organizations like IBM,HCL,Thomson Routers,Saplabs,Narolis Technologies, Prima impact Solutions, I-Genesis Software,Microtech etc. Some of them are pursuing M.Tech, MBA and MS courses in India & abroad.
