 GVIT was established in the year 2008 with the approval of AICTE, New Delhi and is permanently affiliated to JNTUniversity, Kakinada. GVIT is managed by NRIs Mr. Grandhi Suresh M.Tech.(Ph.D.) and Mrs. Grandhi Swapna M.Sc. from Atlanta USA. Mr. Grandhi Suresh is a ProjectManager in COREECS, Atlanta, USA who has vast experience in Software Industry in bothin India and Abroad. Mrs. Grandhi Swapna is a Senior Software Engineer, and has richexperience in Education Software. GVIT is established in the name of Grandhi Suresh’sParents with an aim to provide and promote world class education facility to the rural students.GVIT management is committed to provide high qualityeducation to the students to meet the global profesional requirement through industry interaction. This college GVIT offers Under Graduate Programs in CSE, ECE, EEE, IT & MEC branches with total intake of 1600. The college has been accorded as Jawaharlal Knowledge Center by the State Government fortraining students. It is located at Tundurru village in Bhimavaram Mandal about 10Kms from Bhimavaram.GVIT has become a Microsoft IT Academy to impart Microsoft Certification Course Training for GVIT students.

•  Career Development Center – Career Development Center organizes Professional and Technical Trainings in making students Industry Ready.
•  Advanced IT Skill Development Center - Project Lab established with the following development environments. Android, iPhone, Open Systems (OpenKM, Nagios), Panasonic Viera Connect Apps, Google Apps, Google Maps and GPS Tracking Devices.
